It’s February 1st.

Did you make a New Year’s Resolution?
Have you made actionable change towards succeeding in that endeavor?

Like many of you, I look back and reflect on the completion of the year. I think about what I’ve accomplished that I’m proud of, and consider what I would have differently if given the opportunity. For the most part, I look at mistakes as lessons learned.

But trying to start a New Year’s Resolution on January 1st is just tough. We’re wrapping up the holidays, getting back into our regularly scheduled lives, and sometimes changes are hard to implement.

The good news is that today is your New Year. Today’s your day to start the Happiness Challenge.

And there’s no need to sweat or feel guilty if you can’t participate in it each and every week. It’s simply a reminder to go out there and make small changes in your life for a positive impact.

Here’s to a great year!

Best,

Your First Happiness Challenge:

In the next 7 days, pick one room or space and declutter. Donate, sell, or pass the goods on to someone who could use them. Your goal this week is to work towards a less cluttered and more organized space. Caution: do not take more than one room or area on, baby steps!
